2. Products and Made-to-Order Nature

  • Custom Production: All apparel items sold by Midwest Tee Boutique are made-to-order. Because items are printed and crafted specifically upon receiving your order, slight variations in placement, color, and design may occur.

  • Pricing & Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced. Once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment Time: Because items are made-to-order, please allow standard processing and production time in addition to transit delivery times.

  • Risk of Loss: Delivery terms are FOB shipping point. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier, though we will assist you as much as possible in filing a claim.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All Sales Final: As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, all sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our apparel.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Exceptions are only made for items delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. These must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Midwest Tee Boutique or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
