At Midwest Tee Boutique, every single item is custom-crafted just for you! Because our apparel is made-to-order specifically upon receipt of your purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing ordered, or changes of mind.

Final Sale Policy

  • Custom Made-to-Order: Since we do not maintain a bulk inventory and produce each garment on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

  • Sizing Accuracy: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please review these measurements carefully before selecting your size to ensure the best fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept standard returns, we want to ensure you receive a high-quality product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to an error on our part), we will gladly replace it.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damages, defects, or misprinted items within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Required Evidence: To process a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at our support address with:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact item at no additional cost to you. Please note that we do not offer cash or credit refunds; defective items are replaced with the correct item.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production on the item has not yet begun.

  • Once an item has entered the production phase, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
