Because every apparel item at Midwest Tee Boutique is custom-crafted and made-to-order, your items go through a dedicated production process before they are ready to ship out. We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required!

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days.

  • Details: This window covers the time it takes for your custom apparel to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged up. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

2. Shipping Transit Time

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days after the order is completed and leaves our facility.

  • Carriers: We utilize reliable standard shipping carriers to ensure your custom gear gets to your doorstep safely.

3. Total Delivery Estimate

  • Combined Timeline: Please allow 8–12 total business days from the date you place your order to the day it arrives at your door (5–7 days for processing/production + 3–5 days for shipping transit).

4. Shipping Cost

  • Cost: 100% FREE! Standard shipping is completely on us for every order placed at Midwest Tee Boutique.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your custom item has finished production and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey home.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives on time, unforeseen carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume seasonal spikes can occasionally impact transit times.

  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed after receiving your tracking information, please reach out to the direct carrier with your tracking number as once the package leaves our location it is out of our control.
